Frequently asked

Is BorrowCircle free?
Yes — free to use for MVP. Any monetisation later will be opt-in and transparent.
Who can see what I own?
Only the circles you assign an item to, plus friends-of-friends if you explicitly enable it per item.
What about damage or loss?
Borrowing happens between people who know each other. We keep a journal of every handover so both sides agree on what was lent and how it came back. Formal contracts are on the roadmap.
Do you sell my data?
No. Ad-free, no trackers, no third-party data sharing.
When will it launch?
Germany first — we'll announce the date to early members before anyone else.
